Why narrow bots

Built to do one job brilliantly — not everything badly.

Do-everything AI assistants try to handle any request, which makes them brittle: they guess, they drift, and a mistake can show up anywhere. Each Busy Bot is designed for a single task, so it can be tested on your real cases, trusted, and measured.

A one-job Busy Bot

  • Knows exactly what it’s for — and what it isn’t
  • Tested on your real cases before it acts
  • One job, one scorecard — easy to measure
  • Hands off to a person when it isn’t sure
  • Easy to fix, pause or replace without touching anything else

A do-everything AI assistant

  • Tries to handle anything you throw at it
  • Impossible to test every possible request
  • Hard to tell whether it’s actually saving time
  • Guesses when it doesn’t know
  • One change can quietly break other tasks
Start with one job

Pick the job that costs you the most time or missed revenue.

Popular first bots for studios and real estate teams. Each does a single job, hands anything unusual to a person, and has to pass an agreed scorecard before it acts on its own.

For studio owners

Waitlist Filler

“When a booked spot opens, offer it to the waitlist in the order you approve.”

  • TriggerA client cancels a full class
  • ActionOffers the spot to the next person on the waitlist
  • Hands offPolicy exceptions go to you. It never overbooks.
Proving-week scorecard: openings, offers sent, spots filled, staff corrections, any wrong booking.
Your booking system is checked during setup before this bot is offered.
For brokers & agents

Seller Weekly Update

“Send every seller a clear Friday update on their listing — without writing it yourself.”

  • TriggerFriday morning, for each active listing
  • ActionPulls the week’s showings and feedback into an update in your voice
  • Hands offPricing advice and anything about offers stays with the agent.
Proving-week scorecard: updates drafted, sent as-is, edits needed, sent on time.
Starts draft-only. You approve each update before it goes to the seller.
For property managers

Tenant Inquiry Responder

“Answer every rental inquiry within minutes — before they call the next listing.”

  • TriggerA prospective tenant asks about a vacancy
  • ActionReplies with unit details, answers common questions and offers tour times
  • Hands offPricing, concessions and anything about approval go to you. Never promises a unit.
Proving-week scorecard: inquiries eligible, first-reply time, drafts sent as-is, tours booked.
Starts draft-only. Rent and availability come from your live listings, never from memory.

No risk

You only pay once you’ve seen it work.

Setup is free. Each new bot gets a free seven-day proving week: it observes, learns, shadows and drafts while your team still does the work. It doesn’t act on its own until you approve it — and its $50/month starts only then. Don’t like how it works? Decline it and you owe nothing for that bot.

That bot’s $50/month starts the day you approve it.
Not right? Decline it.
You owe $0 for that bot. Setup was free, and you keep your process map and bot plan.

Agreed up front: before the proving week starts, we agree a scorecard — eligible cases, drafts you’d send as-is, exceptions, corrections and anything it got wrong. Time passing alone never counts as passing.

Quality over speed: we launch no more than 3 new bots per month for each business, so every bot is tested and working before the next one starts.

Brainkeeper holding a glowing brain connected to documents, folders and data
Team lead · comes with every setup

Brainkeeper — the one who knows your business

Brainkeeper learns your services, prices, policies, processes and SOPs — how your team really handles things — and keeps it current. Each bot uses your approved rules and tested live sources — when an answer is missing or uncertain, it hands the case to a person.

Real work, not AI magic

You don’t need to buy AI. You need the work done.

Every month you get a report on each bot: what it handled, the time it saved and what it handed back to you. No vague “insights.”

Why owners trust it

Friendly bots. Serious about your business.

You approve the sensitive stuff

Every bot starts draft-only. Money, exceptions and anything public wait for your OK by email. You decide if a bot may act on its own, the change is recorded, and you can pause or pull it back anytime.

Invoice Prep wants to send invoice #1042 to a client for $480. (Example)

AI implementation at Reel Axis and 0to1.AI · About us

You get a monthly report for every bot and a direct line to our team. We see the reports you share — never your passwords.

You own everything

Your AI account, your Google Drive folder, your connections. Leave anytime and keep it all.

A free proving week

Each bot spends a week drafting, not doing. Decline it and that bot costs nothing.

Clear limits, in writing

Every bot comes with a card that says what it does, what it never does, and when it hands off.

Works with your tools

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive. Booking, accounting and CRM tools are checked on your fit call, and every connection is tested during setup.

Simple pricing

Less than a part-time hire. Priced per bot.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

Social Bot ready to help
Do I need to be good with tech?

No. We walk you through every sign-in on a guided call. You answer a few questions about how you run things — Brainkeeper finds the rest.

What can’t the bots do?

They don’t move money, change your policies, or handle anything outside their one job. Anything sensitive or unusual goes to you or the person you choose.

What else will I pay for?

Only extra tools a specific bot needs, like a texting service — and most bots need none. Your Grok Bot AI subscription is included, and any extra cost is shown before you turn a bot on.

Do I have to take every recommended bot?

No. Setup gives you up to six ranked bot recommendations — fewer if that’s all that’s worth automating. Start with one, watch its free proving week, and add more only when they earn it. We launch up to 3 new bots a month so each one gets properly tested.

What if I don’t like a bot?

Decline it. Every bot drafts beside your team for a free week and isn’t automated — or billed — until you approve it. Decline it and you owe nothing for that bot. Setup is free, and you keep the process map and bot plan it produced.

Doesn’t my booking or accounting app already do this?

Sometimes it does. We check the tools you already have first — if one already covers the job, we’ll tell you, and you won’t need a bot for it.

How much of my time will this take?

About an hour and a quarter for setup: a one-hour kickoff where we audit your pain points and manual processes and connect your tools, then a 10–20 minute interview. During a proving week you review drafts as they come in. After that, you mostly see exceptions.

What if a bot gets something wrong?

Mistakes and handoffs show up in its monthly report, and we adjust its instructions with you. Anything outside its approved rules goes to a person instead.

Can I pause or cancel a bot?

Yes. Pause or cancel any bot anytime — no notice needed. Bots are billed monthly.
